"I work in an emotionally challenging job, while also having a number of complicated family situations to manage. I had reached burnout and was ready to quit my job when I first met with Kate. After the first session, Kate gave me some things to think about and set me a challenge. Within just two weeks, I was feeling much happier, much more in control and I had a plan. Kate's empathetic approach and ability to gently focus my thoughts enabled me to come to a much better place within such a short period of time."
